Soil transmitted Helminthiasis (STH) is one of the infectious diseases which still a health problem in Indonesia, because it contagious most parts Indonesia. This disease can cause significant losses for sufferers such as decreasing health, nutrition, intelligence, and productivity. study aims to determine prevalence helminthiasis Depok City 2019. used cross sectional design was carried out 30 elementary schools City, West Java. The sample selected grade 3 - 5 primary school students taken by Two Stage Cluster Sampling method. A total 315 student faecal samples were examined Kato-Katz 524 questionnaires about knowledge, environmental sanitation personal hygiene collected. result this survey that worms 2019 0.32. With result, recommendation there no need give worm drug treatment region anymore. Based on results questionnaire, knowledge symptoms methods prevention quite good, also mostly good criteria however 88.2% who had not washed their hands with soap before meals, 94.1% children after defecation.
